Processing and Publication Contribution

IJAES makes all articles and related content available for free on the journal's website. As such, the journal requires a processing and publication contribution by the authors, or on their behalf by their institution or funding body upon the acceptance of one research paper as follows: (NET PAYMENT). The processing contribution below applies to articles of no longer than 7000 words. In case the submission exceeds this limit, extra fees are added. For details, see Guideline for Authors.

Publication processing fees

  1. Principal and single authors of articles submitted by no more than two authors who are nonmembers and live or work in low-to-middle income countries are required to pay a fee of JD 500.
  2. Principal and single authors of articles submitted by no more than two authors who are nonmembers and live or work in higher income countries are required to pay a fee of JD 650.
  3. A single author of an article who is a member of APETAU and has paid their membership dues for the past two years including the year of submission will be charged 70% of the designated fees based on the country they live or work in.
  4. Principal and single authors of articles submitted by no more than two authors who are nonmembers and live in higher income countries are required to pay a fee of JD 650.

  5. Authors who exceed the word limit (4000-7000) will have to pay JD 50 for the first 1000 words and another JD 80 for the second 1000 words. Under no circumstances, should submissions exceed 9000 words.

  6. Book reviews, unless solicited by the Editor-in-Chief, are charged a processing and publication fee of JD 125.

  7. Notes, Discussions and Scoping Reviews are charged a processing and publication fee of JD 250. In case of exceeding word limit, a prior approval from the Editor-in-Chief is required. This may imply a change in processing publication fees.

  8. Principal and single authors of articles submitted by three or four authors (members or nonmembers of APETAU) are requested to pay extra JD 100 for the third and another JD 100 for the fourth. Please note that the maximum number of authors should not exceed four.

    2. Western Union. Authors will be notified of the contact information of the recipient upon manuscript acceptance. 
    3. Cheque in JD drawn on a bank in JORDAN.
    4. Money transfer to APETAU: Amman-Cairo Bank, Amman, Jordan. Account No: 090002451769, IBAN: JO81CAAB1100000000090002451769, Swift Code: CAABJOAMXXX
    5. Cash payment to APETAU Treasurer.
    The contribution can be waived partially or wholly in certain cases based on the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
